Police state at G20 Summit 2009, Luke Rudkowski

May 31, 2011

Video taken September 24th, 2009 at the G20 summit. The man speaking into the megaphone is Luke Rudkowski, founder of “We Are Change”, a non profit organization that seeks to expose government lies and institutionalized crime. These peaceful, lawful protesters were not violating any laws. They were not carrying weapons. They were not posing a threat at all.

As I watched this video and as the riot vehicle slowly moved into position I thought, “How can this be happening in America? Is this really going on?”. Reality started to sink in, however.

“By order of the city of Pittsburg’s Cheif of Police…”, the pre-recorded dictator monotonously droned, “I hereby declare this to be an unlawful assembly. I order all those assembled to immediately disperse. You must leave the immediate vicinity.”

The orders were clear. Leave, or be physically abused or arrested.

How can the city of pittsburg’s cheif of police declare this an unlawful assembly when he’s not even there? I didn’t know a voice recording could dictate such orders. This is the absurdity of the police state in America.

The pre-recorded voice had deemed their assembly to be “unlawful”, therefor under the state “crimes code” they aren’t allowed to be there. Simply because a non-elected “official” has deemed it so. That’s pure tyranny, and absolutely illegal according to the highest law in the land; the words written in the bill of rights and constitution, which the U.S. courts don’t recognize at this time. Specifically, the first amendment. We’ve all read the first amendment, right? It states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

But, has congress created the Pennsylvania Crime Code? No… Is it being cited within reasonable context of state law? Let’s take a look at the definition of an Unlawful Assembly.

Unlawful Assembly- whenever two or more persons assemble together to do an unlawful act, or do a lawful act in a violent, boisterous, or tumultuous manner.

Wait wait wait… so it’s illegal for a lawful crowd of people to be boisterous? A crowd of people cannot be Noisy, energetic, or cheerful in publicThat’s crazy. And since we don’t have an actual definition of “peace” in the founding documents, the law has defined it to fit it’s police state needs. Basically the law says: BE QUIET, CITIZEN. What kind of crap is that?

This video is proof of a peaceful assembly that has been illegally deemed “unlawful” by a tyrannical man in uniform, and should be investigated by the FBI. But, based on my layman knowledge of the law, justice will not be served, and tyrants will continue to rule us as slaves. God bless America.
